Quick Fix: Keyboard shortcut CTRL+. shows a small 'e'

In the latest version of VSCode, when I click CTRL+. to open the quick fix menu, a small "e" char is shown and nothing happens.
If I click on the link "Quick Fix (CTRL+.)" the menu is correctly shown.

Does this reproduce in the latest VS Code insiders build with all extensions disabled?

It does not reproduce in latest VS Code insiders, even with extensions enabled.

My keyboard layout is Italian.
