Would it be possible to support Windows as a remote target via RDP or some such? #138

One of my common development target machines is Windows, and I find myself frequently RDP'ing to those machines and running a copy of VSC locally there. So, I'm curious if there would be a possibility of supporting Windows via RDP or some other protocol (perhaps it can already be done with ssh, or WSL + ssh...)
