Issue Type: Bug

  1. Add a devcontainer.json and Dockerfile to a repo, add some kind of syntax error to the Dockerfile

When running the "Reopen folder in container" command fails, the new window shows a dialog with options for

  • Close Remote
  • More Actions...
  • Retry

I expected the "Close Remote" option to behave as reopening the workspace locally, instead of closing the workspace completely. I would like to have a top level option that gets me back to the local workspace so that I can iterate on the Dockerfile quickly.

Extension version: 0.67.3
VS Code version: Code - Insiders 1.37.0-insider (5e08ee01b7daee99cdda2456f19d77e715fb8762, 2019-08-05T21:16:01.319Z)
OS version: Darwin x64 18.7.0
