REGRESSION: linenoise-ng:x86-windows failed with POST_BUILD_CHECKS_FAILED. If expected, add linenoise-ng:x86-windows=fail to C:\a\1\s\scripts\azure-pipelines/../ci.baseline.txt.

This requires nontrivial changes to fix because they are using explicit /MT flags and a bunch of /NODEFAULTLIBs. Given that upstream is gone as of October 2020, I don't believe there is a way to contact upstream correctly, so I've deindexed this port.

REGRESSION: nss:x86-windows failed with POST_BUILD_CHECKS_FAILED. If expected, add nss:x86-windows=fail to C:\a\1\s\scripts\azure-pipelines/../ci.baseline.txt.
REGRESSION: simd:x86-windows failed with POST_BUILD_CHECKS_FAILED. If expected, add simd:x86-windows=fail to C:\a\1\s\scripts\azure-pipelines/../ci.baseline.txt.

These should be fixed.
