local/0365/classes/rest/o365api.php contains a function get_required_permissions(), which checks if the Azure app has the correct set of permissions to allow it to perform actions in the Moodle and Office 365 integration. The list of permissions required is out of date, and needs to be updated.

This change has been included in release 3.9.3 and 3.10.0.
