Repro Steps

Running either the Ubuntu shortcut or the WSL command in PowerShell.

Expected Behavior

Ubuntu should start, but it does not.

Actual Behavior

Returns this message: The Remote Procedure Call Failed. Windows Terminal will also spit out this error: process exited with code 4294967295
