Repro Steps

I have installed the latest Windows 11 update. After restarting, I tried to start Ubuntu WSL. I received the following error message:
[Verarbeitung des Prozesses mit Code 1 (0x00000001) beendet]
or
[Process terminated with code 1 (0x00000001)]
I have already checked that my account has full access rights and have run SFC and DISM checks.

Expected Behavior

WSL should start

Actual Behavior

WSL doesn't start: [Verarbeitung des Prozesses mit Code 1 (0x00000001) beendet]

Unfortunately, none of the steps helped.

When I try to use WSL via PowerShell I get the following error:

wsl.exe --status
Das System kann auf die Datei nicht zugreifen.
The system cannot access the file.
