it would be great to give people an easier way to file a bug. We should add in a "Report a bug"

A sister issue to this is #726. I think this is a good way to do this.

The #9191 PR, adds the command to generate the bug report zip file, but we still need to improve the user experience adding instruction after that first step.
We should at least add a button on the messagebox to open the github issues page.
We can either keep this issue open or resolve it and create a new one.
