Similar issue occured w/ me. Have had Caps Lock remapped to Esc for the longest time (nvim user). Upgraded Powertoys to the latest January update and the Keyboard Manager doesn't work anymore. Tried remapping the keys all over again and the software returns a warning stating "the following keys do no have assignments: Caps Lock".

Noticed some logic/features were added to send keys and such. Could this have something to do with it?
