Description of the new feature / enhancement

When resizing the workspaces windows I would expect it to have the same size when opening it the next time.

Scenario when this would be used?

For an ultra wide screen the Workspaces window is way too wide. It makes it tedious to load a workspace when the launch button is so far away from the name of the workspace.

Relabeling this as a bug.

@donlaci FYI, Workspaces Editor seems to not remember size adjustments a user made when opening. We should see if we can persist these.
