Problem with Keyboard Manager all of a sudden

Steps to reproduce

The thing is, I added a mapping because I'm using an Apple keyboard inside windows. I'm mapping the options key and the command key.
Everything worked fine since a while ago.

✔️ Expected Behavior

That everything works properly forever...

❌ Actual Behavior

Suddenly, while I'm working, all the keys behave strange. When I try to copy with Ctrl + C I only see a "c" letter on the text, it seems that the control doesn't work anymore, and it thinks I'm writing a c. Also, it seems that some key is constantly pressed, because when all this starts, if I press Esc the software programs change between them and if I press Alt other things happen. I'm trying to know what key it thinks is pressed, but I don't know yet.

When this happens the first time, I thought it was my keyboard. Finally, I discovered that if I close Power Toys it stops. Then I can start it again and everything is fine until "I don't know when" Maybe while I'm working I press some kind of shortcut that starts everything, but I can't debug what is happening. Also, if I only deactivate the Keyboard Manager, it all works again.

I hope I am explaining everything properly, as I'm Spanish, and my English is not the best.
