Description of the new feature / enhancement

This powertoys can "launch a set of applications to a custom layout".

  • BUG : It doesn't work from webapp, it will only launch the browser and not the app I had selected
  • FEATURE : It would be nice to be able to just change th layout without launching new apps.

Scenario when this would be used?

I disconnect my computer to go to a meeting room, all my apps are on my laptop's screen. I come back to my desk and plug back my 2 or 3 monitors, I want to be able to put back all my apps in there "designated" areas.
