Focus on Web pinned to the taskbar as an app

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want to create a workspace with the Edge browser and another window with a web pinned to the taskbar as an application. When I run my workspace, two instances of Edge are running, but it doesn't open the pinned app.

Scenario when this would be used?

In Edge I open the bank's page and in another window the app that I have pinned to the taskbar
