Re-mapped shortcuts dont work at all

Steps to reproduce

No matter what shortcut I re-map on keyboard manager, none of them work

I have tried to remap alt-tab, win-down, win-up, win-A, using the right and lefr shift key, control key windows key, but nothing has any functionality. Just nothing happens.
