Description of the new feature / enhancement

When using windows, you can quickly open a transparent layer of graffiti covering the full screen, and quickly draw and doodle on it

Scenario when this would be used?

When using the stylus, I need a shortcut to open the full screen for doodling, calculating, etc

You could use Sysinternals Zoomit, an official Microsoft Tool to achieve this.
