Add PowerToys shortcuts to the Shortcut Guide!

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I expected the Shortcut Guide to include PowerToys shortcuts. Windows key shortcuts have been around forever and we already know them (well, many of them) whereas PowerToys shortcuts are new and I can never remember what is what.

Scenario when this would be used?

Any time I want to use a PowerToy and have no idea what the shortcut is.
