Add Power Toys Shortcuts to Shortcut Guide

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When showing the Shortcut Guide, show the chosen shortcuts for all the enabled Power Toys.

Scenario when this would be used?

I cannot remember all of the Power Keys shortcuts. When I need to look them up, I have to go to each section and scroll through the settings to find them one at a time. Having them in one place would be very convenient.
