[Feature Request] An on-screen guide showing the user what has changed since the last version that was installed on the user PC!

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I just installed v0.63.0 previously I was on Release v0.59.0 & I saw the changelog & since then so much has changed. but to experience that change I will have to move setting by setting to see what has changed or got added. which takes so much of my time. it would be brilliant if you guys could detect what version I was on previously and then show me what has changed since then. like taking a lil' walkthrough to it!
0.59.0 ➡ 0.63.0
all the significant features. and where they are located in the settings. I'm thinking of a quick demo that opens right after installing the new version. like a quick walkthrough or just some indicators.
it should visually show or Indicate which settings have been changed and what additional power toys have been added
