Remap A shortcut not working!

Steps to reproduce

Its just not working!

✔️ Expected Behavior

The remapped shortcut should be executed on the keypress.
eg as shown in the gif Win+D remapped to the Space bar and Win+Shift+S remapped to = so on pressing = it should open the Snipping tool and pressing Space it should bring me to the desktop

❌ Actual Behavior

It doesn't do anything to the key, plus the shortcut stops working, as seen in the gif , in the notepad app on pressing = it shows '=' in notepad and Space does ' ' which is weird since Remap a key works just fine!

PS: Other shortcuts also don't work like ctrl+c, etc, and also mapping shortcut to shortcut too don't work like say ctrl+c to ctrl+0!

And yes Keyboard Manager is ON!

This is what I did added shortcut to "Physical Shortcut" and key to "Mapped to", so I don't get it what do you mean when you say other way around since "Physical Shortcut" doesn't take just keys ie it needs modifier key !?

Because the the keys are mapped the other way around.
Instead of mapping the shortcuts
Win(Left)+D to Space
and
Win(Left)+Shift(Left)+S to =

You should have mapped the keys
Space to Win(Left)+D
and
= to Win(Left)+Shift(Left)+S

Oh! Yes, that works now, my bad sorry, I thought the first option was not letting the single keys I thought it was reverse!
I really wanted to map certain keys to a shortcut on a per-app basis that's why I thought and did that, I was wrong.
btw is that already in your feature request list >> Remap a Key for particular apps, just like remap a shortcut has?
if not I'd like to request that.

Seen more issues where the headers are (still) not clear. We need to improve that. But that's for a different issue.

I have tried to map Ctrl(Left) + Backspace to Shift(Left) + Backspace without any luck. I tried it both ways and still the same result. In both situations it removed the functionality of Ctrl + Backspace from deleting a word to just deleting a single character at a time. Uncertain if this expected functionality.

I used to have Shift+ Del (numpad) = . to all apps on win10.
After I upgraded do Win11 it stopped work.

Even re-installing PowerToys wasn't working as I wish.

Now I changed to
Ctrl + Del (Numpad) = .

Maybe some key combos aren't working as desired.
I prefer Shift than Control but I believe this will help me.
And be waiting for fixes on new versions.
