Description of the new feature / enhancement

The PowerToys software should have an off/on option in the General PowerToys Settings to disable it's icon in the System Tray.

The PowerToys Settings will STILL be accessible by launching it's shortcut as it is now.

Scenario when this would be used?

This will allow users who would prefer to show all task bar icons a way to reduce clutter.
