Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363.657
PowerToys version: 0.14.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

pr-extend

Expected behavior

All zones except the leftmost one get selected

Actual behavior

Only two zones are selected

Keep it open until 0.16 is released.

The fix is now available in 0.16 https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases
