Describe the bug

Python install from Microsoft Store

Steps to Reproduce

Launch VS.
Click "View->Cookiecutter Explorer".
Load Cookie template under Github or Recommended.

Expected behavior

It should load successfully.

Additional context and screenshots

VS Crashes When Loading Cookie Template.

This issue also repro's on today's build.

VS will restart when load Cookie Template.
