Inconsistent Display Between "Options > Languages > Python" Page and Popup Window.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch VS.
2. Go to Tools > Options > Languages > Python

Expected behavior

Both should display the same information and layout.

The page display doesn't match the popup display.

@ttSpace Not sure what you mean by "The page display doesn't match the popup display.", can you clarify? I tested the settings, and they are displayed as expected.
