TeamsGroupPolicyAssignment always looks for the Group object with GroupId if this property is set and not $null, this means that it cannot be applied to another tenant since the group won't be found in the target destination and it won't try to search by DisplayName afterwards.

TeamsGroupPolicyAssignment always looks for the Group object with GroupId if this property is set and not $null, this means that it cannot be applied to another tenant since the group won't be found in the target destination and it won't try to search by DisplayName afterwards.
