Add Language Understanding (LUIS) retrieves applications only from luis.ai and no other regions #1253

Describe the bug

The feature to add a LUIS service does only retrieve applications from North American region after signed in to azure.

Expected behavior

I expect to have a dropdown with all regions (defaulted to us) to retrieve the services that can be added.

Hello @martinoss - this is indeed an issue, however we have no ETA on when we would see this addressed in the Emulator. We would happily accept a community contribution.

I believe this will be needed as part of disparate public clouds, and the feature will be implemented at that time.
