Section focus is skipping sections of the page content

Tell us the steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Go to page: Get Started
  2. Click on: Design
  3. Click: Design principles
  4. See the error on the right if the page

When each section is focused on the focus identifies it rather than skipping it
