Describe the bug
The list of rules in RULES_DESCRIPTIONS.md must be in alphabetical order but it is not the case. There are entries (like string-format, redundant-import-alias, unchecked-type-assertion) not in their right place in the list.

Note: the descriptions themselves must also be in alphabetical order.
