stream-count does not work in flux

@blackwinter hinted that even the flux command exists, there is no output when using it as part of a flux.

The only observable side-effect of this module happens in its string representation, which cannot be accessed via Flux (AFAIK). According to the class description, it probably wasn't meant to be a @FluxCommand to begin with:
