Notice of an outdated translation

It would be nice if translated page had note or visual indicator by which readers could understand how relevant current translation was.

This way we could also inform the community that we need help with update translation.

For example, Elixir School has something similar feature -- green circle means that the current translation is up to date, but a red circle says that it is very outdated.
