Include short_title in JSON output for documents #260

Authors can optionally include a
short_titleas well as atitlein the front matter for documents. This gets exposed inrelated_content(used to build sidebars). We should also include it in the JSON for the document itself.This would be useful to render breadcrumbs, see mdn/yari#242 (comment).
