This way all recipes won't have to be read each time the application is run. It is however not really a problem right now, since recipes are added manually and I have a hard time imagining users having more than 100+ recipes.

More benefits:

  • Enables setting statuses on recipes, e.g. when it was used last or a ban for recipes your sick of at the moment.
  • An API can be built to update recipes.
