MathJax + MathPlayer 3 and tables

From the OP:

• Using MathPlayer 3.0, latest MathJax and IE9 (probably earlier IE affected, too)
• Open page http://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/test/sample-eqnum.html
• MathPlayer 2.2 works fine

This affects equation numbering as well as other table-like situations (multiline etc). Probably has to do with relative widths.

  (Ensure that you are not viewing in compatibility mode when you look at these as obviously that will fix the problem).
