[BUG] (Option to Remove Desktop Icon when an update)

Describe your issue

When given the selection to remove old desktop icons when an update is performed, it removes the icons immediately and there is no location to restore them.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Let the program run updates.
After the update a screen shows icons to be removed after the update.
Select the program icon.
close UniGetUi
desktop icons are removed.

This is by design. When you have "Ask to remove icons after install or update", if a new icon is detected you will be prompted to delete it. If you select the icon, it will be removed automatically each time the program is updated or installed.

If after each update you were asked to remove it, the effort put into deleting the icons would be the same as going on the desktop and deleting the icons from there - the whole point of this feature is that it works automatically
