v0.3.2 release

I'd like to get out a Mapbox Studio v0.3.2 release in the coming week that includes latest node-mapnik to enable #1477. This feature will help developers reduce the size of vector tiles by including less attribute data and is particularly relevant for those authoring large vector tile sets from OSM data.

I anticipate node-mapnik 3.4.9 will be stable and shippable (mapnik/node-mapnik#540).

Let's use this ticket to discuss and track any other needs or motivators for when to release a new Mapbox Studio Classic.

Is there a way to change the "update" link to mapbox.com/mapbox-studio-classic? Was that included in the last release?

v0.3.2 was released by @flippmoke 12 days ago, so closing this now. Tracking next release (v0.3.3) over at #1491.
