There have been a number of questions about the icon-color property mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#1817 mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#1594

Given that sdf icons are not supported by Studio and there is no easy way to generate them, we should hide icon-color and icon-halo-color from the documentation completely to avoid confusion.
