To use Screeny, download the file and look inside the 'READMOI.txt' File and get yourself sorted.
I made Screeny because I hated how cheaters ruined the experience for others, except I didn't have time to stop playing and send a report, I'd spend more time doing that then anything.
If you use this correctly then, yeah it's safe, but don't come to me when you have 10,000 photos of cheaters in CSGO...
