Suggestion: Include optimum per env/algo combination

I think it would be helpful to be able to query the best solution's performance of the benchmark (in both static and dynamic modes) easily. I assume most people using the benchmark want to know how close their solution is to the optimum, so including the best performance in the interface (e.g. in the benchmark handler) would probably save many people some time.
