Reveal "Last Seen" on Convertibles Page #254

The convertibles page report should show the last time a convertible was submitted (before aggregation ran or real-time).

Right now for Gilded Charm I see:

2306050 convertibles. (2306050 opened single)
Tradeable value per open: 32,000 gold (2.01 SB)

This could be:

2306050 convertibles. (2306050 opened single)
Tradeable value per open: 32,000 gold (2.01 SB)
Last Seen: Within an hour

It could show either the timestamp (UTC) or relative recency - hour, day, week, month, more than a month.
