Try revert deleted file(only one file from chnageset):

1. Open log
2. Step on revision with deletion
3. In lower pane step on file for revert
4. Select 'Revert changes from this revision'. Agree...
=> Error:  path not found

Seems problem in absence of peg revision. See patch.
