Receiving the message - "ERROR: Operation requires API v3.1, which is not available from this host", when using gazer command for migration #265

We have not used Gazer commands in some time. When I use the following command I make my substitutions for <> I receive the message

                 command: gzr look cat <looker ID> --host <host> --client-id <CLIENT_ID_GOES_HERE> --client-secret <CLIENT_SECRET_GOES_HERE> 
                                     --dir <directory path>
                  message: ERROR: Operation requires API v3.1, which is not available from this host

We are currently on API v 4.0, Release 24.18.128. What should we do to fix this error?
