Grapheneは内部でSLIMを通常実行し、その出力をストリームとして受け取っている。
しかし、終了時に子プロセスをKILLしないので、SLIMのプロセスが終了後も残ってしまう。
lmntal/lavit#28 と同様に再現可能。
