🔧 chore(build): 优化webview构建路径和资源加载

- 调整webview-ui构建输出目录至根目录的webview-ui-dist
- 简化资源文件加载路径
- 移除冗余的调试代码和内联脚本
- 更新localResourceRoots配置以匹配新路径
