Buidler has just received a major release that introduced some minor breaking changes. Most notably the packages are now released under the Hardhat moniker.

We should consider migrating to the new version once all of our plugins are done migrating:

Did a quick try on the hardhat branch, and looks like the migration is pretty smooth (tests are passing).
