This simple program generates a compiler error:

target C;

main reactor {
  reaction(startup) {=
    int extends = 42;
  =}
}

lfc: error: 'extends' is a reserved keyword which cannot be used as an identifier.

Other keywords like, reactor, output etc. does not cause any complaints.
