Not able to send an invite to edit from Kolibri studio

Summary

We were inviting the curators to edit the exercises in the channel but not able to invite them. The cursor doesn't appear in the "Enter email address". So, we aren't able to type the email address of the curators.

Note: this appears to be an issue with the request for current invitees timing out, not an issue with the invitation process itself, just the UI that facilitates it.

@rtibbles We are not able to even enter the email address in the "Enter Email Address " space.

Hello @AntikaChanda,

I have submitted a fix for this issue. Could you please see if the issue has been resolved?

As a side note, we recommend using studio.learningequality.org instead of contentworkshop as the loading times are much faster on this server.
