I am unable to commit to this repository ever again. This is due to a bad 2FA setup. I changed my phone and updated the 2FA info, but somehow it didn't do it on GitHub's side.
Since, however, Apple and/or NVIDIA decided to go separate paths, to the "benefit" of their shared customers, it is unlikely that updates will follow.
One way would be to build custom drivers for the NVIDIA product range, that do support Apple's eGPU mechanism. But since NVIDIA's code is not open source, one would have to build it from scratch, which I definitely do not have the resources to do. Should, a few talented people feel up to the task, I'll help as best as I can.
