Option to not package node

It would be useful to provide an option to not package node, for those cases where the project needs to run with a specialized runtime that's already provided, like https://github.com/nodegui/nodegui or when you're using a node version installed via npm.

Thanks for the idea. I added this feature as part of the v2.0.0 release with the --no-include-node option.
