Gestures sometimes don't trigger, cannot use exposé

Scrolling sometimes does not begin, or lags and scrolls on the wrong element.

Additionally, if one uses exposé with the 3 finger gesture and stops half way, it doesn't snap back, and if we get to the end of the gesture, windows cannot be clicked on.
