Make sure it’s updated in ZATCA business settings (you may have to reselect the address). The address is included in the CSR, so if it’s a completely different one it’s safer to restart the process. If it’s not, I don’t think you need to. @omarashrafsarhan Do you recommend onboarding after address changes?

This one's different. We ran into this before when the seller ID was too long--our assumption is that there are certain restrictions that aren't publicly documented that lead to generating an invalid CSR. In such cases, we started with the publicly available seller information used in the hard-coded sandbox certificate and started changing the fields one by one to identify which field was causing the problem.

The example CSR included in the SDK defines these values:

How can we reduce the size of the seller name.
Although I am sure that we have done integrations for longer seller names then this one.

It's not guaranteed to be the seller name; it could be the address or something else. If you suspect a field, change it to something from the example and see if it works. I'm assuming this is on Sandbox or simulation, so it's safe to fiddle around a bit until you find the culprit.

Once you figure it out, you can decide what to do.

Can you try shortening the company unit name and serial? Try something under 25 characters
